Saturday May 23rd residents of Eldon will be eligible to receive free trees for planting. Tree species include; Red Oak, Bur Oak, Silver Maple and Chokecherry. These are bare root trees. There is a limit of five trees per resident. Tree selection will be available on a first-come, first serve basis at Rock Island Park from 8-10 AM or while quantities last. As a reminder and in accordance to Eldon City Code- No trees shall be planted in the public right of way area of a property.
