The Eldon City Council met in special session on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at Eldon City Hall with Mayor McClure presiding. Council members answering roll call were Tom Bedford, Craig Brown, and Stacey Doree, Andrew Birch and David Showman were absent. The meeting was called to order at 4:00pm.
Motion by Doree to authorize the agenda, second by Brown, all aye, motion carried.
Motion by Doree to authorize advertising for part-time position, second by Bedford, all aye, motion carried.
Motion by Bedford to authorize sewer forgiveness in the amount of $122.57 for 310 American Gothic, second by Doree, all aye, motion carried.
Motion by Brown to authorize sewer forgiveness in the amount of $410.97 for 300 Water Street, second by Doree, all aye, motion carried.
Motion by Doree to adjourn, second by Brown, all aye, motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 4:14pm.
