Special Meeting Minutes 2

The Eldon City Council met in special session on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at Eldon City Hall with Mayor McClure presiding. Council members answering roll call were Andrew Birch, Craig Brown, Stacey Doree, and David Showman. The meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm.

Motion by Showman to authorize the agenda, second by Birch, all aye, motion carried.

A work session was held with Cardinal Community School District regarding the sanitary sewer line. No agreement was made on the ownership of the waste water line. Discussion was held on rates. No changes were made.

Consider and/or authorize 28E Agreement with Cardinal Community School District regarding sanitary sewer line

Motion by Doree to authorize ICAP renewal, second by Showman, all aye, motion carried.

Discussion on outsourcing garbage.

Motion by Showman to adjourn, second by Birch, all aye, motion carried.
