Spring Clean Up 2021

ONE DAY ONLY ~ Thursday, May 20th

The City’s Annual Spring Cleanup will be held on Thursday, May 20th for the entire town. This annual event gives all our residents a chance to get rid of unwanted items and helps promote beautification of our City. The City of Eldon feels this is a worthwhile service to our residents and an investment in the tidiness of our community. During Spring Cleanup, city workers will pick up:

NO MORE THAN 1 of the following items per residence:

Refrigerators Freezers

Dryers Carpet

Washers Tricycles

Windows Air Conditioners

Bicycles Lawn Mowers

Box springs Water Heaters

Mattresses Doors

Furniture

ITEMS IN CARDBOARD BOXES WILL NOT BE PICKED UP.

ITEMS THAT WILL NOT BE PICKED UP INCLUDE:

Tires, new construction or demolition debris [including lumber and boards] concrete, bricks, asphalt, roofing materials and wastes that are toxic, hazardous, infectious, explosive or liquids.

Items must be bagged. Loose items will not be picked up.

The Tire Amnesty Day is being held on the same day. Tires must be brought to city hall between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm.
